Team Management

BlackTide is built for collaboration. You can invite team members to your workspace to share responsibility for monitoring.

Roles

  • Owner: Full access, including billing and deleting the workspace.
  • Admin: Can manage monitors, incidents, and integrations. Cannot manage billing.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to dashboard and status pages.

Free - $0/month

  • For hobbyists and personal projects.
  • 5 monitors, 1 check location.
  • 60-second check interval.
  • Email alerts, 30-day data retention.
  • Community support. No credit card required.

Developer - $19/month

  • For individual developers and small side-projects.
  • 15 monitors, 3 check locations.
  • 60-second check interval.
  • Slack, Discord and webhook integrations.
  • Email support.

Pro - $49/month

  • For growing startups and businesses.
  • 50 monitors, 5 global check locations.
  • 30-second check interval.
  • All integrations (PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Telegram, etc.).
  • API access, priority support.

Enterprise - Custom

  • For large-scale infrastructure.
  • Unlimited monitors, all global locations.
  • 10-second check interval (1s on request).
  • SSO, SLA, custom contracts, Dedicated Success Manager.

Annual billing: save 20% on Developer and Pro plans when paying annually.

Billing & Payments

BlackTide uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, subscription management, invoicing, taxes and regional compliance (VAT, US sales tax) for us. You can pay with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal. Enterprise customers may arrange invoice-based billing by contacting sales.

Invoices and receipts are available from your workspace settings underBilling. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts. You can set this up in your Profile Settings using any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
