BlackTide is a comprehensive monitoring platform designed for both traditional web services and Web3 infrastructure.

What is BlackTide?

BlackTide provides real-time uptime monitoring, status pages, and incident management. Unlike traditional tools, we natively understand blockchain nodes, RPC endpoints, and decentralized applications.

Creating an Account

  1. Visit the Sign Up page
  2. Enter your email and a secure password
  3. Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox
  4. Follow the onboarding wizard to create your first Team

Dashboard Overview

Upon logging in, you'll see the main Dashboard with real-time metrics:

  • Monitors Grid - Live status of all your services with up/down indicators
  • Active Incidents - Quick access to ongoing issues requiring attention
  • Response Time Chart - Historical latency data across all endpoints
  • Uptime Metrics - 7-day and 30-day uptime percentages
  • Recent Checks - Log of the last 50 checks with detailed results
